SUSHI JAYA

Einfach 5/5 🤩

We had a great experience.
The sushi was delicious, the atmospere relaxing.
We really enjoyed the visit. 🙂

We came here because of the many positive reviews, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment.

The tuna and salmon were not tender and seemed poorly cut, making them unnecessarily tough to chew. The sushi rice was also too mushy and lacked the proper texture.

And the prices? Simply outrageous — they’re almost robbery. Over 10€ for 8 basic maki is completely unjustifiable, especially considering the quality. This is standard sushi, not a high-end dining experience. I’ve had much better sushi in Luxembourg for considerably less.

Not surprisingly, even on a Friday evening, the restaurant was barely one-third full. Terrible value for money and definitely not worth the price.

Today, we visited Joya Sushi 🍣 in Luxembourg 🇱🇺 and absolutely loved the food! While touring Europe from Japan, we had the opportunity to visit this wonderful restaurant. The fusion sushi here was unique and even more delicious than we expected. If you’re visiting Luxembourg, be sure to try Joya Sushi—highly recommended! 🍣✨

Service was good but the food was terribly tasteless and boring

Favourite place, fantastic sushi. Variety and great service

The waitresses and the terrace were nice along the river. The sushi was not good unfortunately, it all tasted the same, maybe because they put a lot of sauce on top. Also, the rice was very heavy on the stomach, my wife and I had to stop after a few bites already, so unfortunately not something to go back to for us. It depends on your standards perhaps, mine are high and since this restaurant is quite expensive I was expecting way more quality. It felt more like a fast-food quality to me.

Great food (very tastfull) and good service (friendly). Thanks to the reviews of others we decided to visit this place. The front of the building is not representative for what is inside, but don't judge a book by the cover 😊. Ambiance in the restaurant and on the terrace is nice. And the quality of the sushi was good.

Heerlijk gegeten hier!

I ordered a set for two with delivery. The quality of the fish was excellent, and there was actually more fish than rice—which is quite uncommon these days. The sushi was very tasty, and the delivery was fast and hassle-free.

Accueil chaleureux, carte alléchante, plats copieux et bien préparés.

Delicious. Super fresh and marvellous sushi.
Genuine aphrodisiac side effects for 3hours non stop. Thank you chef!

Best place in Luxembourg. Both for food and the amazing staff. I cannot stay two weeks in a row without visiting sushi Jaya. Grandi! 💪🏼

We had the Sushi Festival for 2, and the quality was excellent. The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and offered a great variety of flavors.

The terrace by the Alzette River is a real highlight and makes this place perfect for summer days. Enjoying great sushi in such a pleasant setting was a wonderful experience.

Highly recommended for both the food and the atmosphere. We will definitely come back! 🍣☀️

Και πολύ του είναι
